Held today/ 🌳Ecol Fes🌳 The lobby of the venue, “Ecol Togoshi,” is decorated with original brand art from the Shinagawa City Branding “Shiawase Tasai-ku” (Happy Colorful Ward) (until May 6th). At the Ecole Fes, there are workshops and exhibits to learn about the environment, as well as many stalls and food trucks from popular restaurants in the neighborhood!
