Women in their 50s and 80s in Katsushika Ward have received postcards disguised as the Ministry of Justice and the courts. It is a fictional bill fraud that worries in words such as "trial", "forced execution", "foreclosure", etc. and skillfully deceives money from the person who contacted.

Notifications such as genuine trials will be delivered in a sealed letter that says "special delivery," and it is in principle the postal staff to hand it to you. And when you receive it, you will be asked to sign or seal the person who received it on the "Postal Delivery Report".
