June 20 (Thu) members of small paddy spread promotion enlightenment section of Katsushika Ward biodiversity promotion meeting, supporters and ward Environment Division put the bucket which mixed the soil and planted rice in a container and carry water , Made a small paddy. The Small Paddy Field Education and Enlightenment Committee supports on-site classes for small paddy fields in consideration of biodiversity for primary school children. Children watch over rice from planting to harvesting, and learn about the process of rice getting to the table and the creatures that come to the field.
