[Abandoned bicycle ban and theft prevention campaign was carried out]
On 26th June (Wed), a bicycle ban and anti-theft campaign was held around Horikiri Gion Station.
A total of 81 people, including the Horikiri Community Association in the vicinity of the station and the 4th graders from Minami Ayase Elementary School, Tokyo Katsushika Bicology Promotion Council, police station staff, and others distributed the enlightenment tissue.
The children of Minami Ayase Elementary School were handing the tissue to the people who went and said, "Please give me your cooperation" in a cheerful voice. All the participants were calling for the ban on bicycles and the need to lock the bicycles.
