Today, we held an enlistment ceremony and departure ceremony at the ward office.
At the enlistment ceremony, Ward Mayor Kyoko Morisawa issued an enlistment certificate, and Masaaki Sudo, Chief of Community Safety Division, Shinagawa Police Station, presented a commemorative gift.
Starting today, you are all members of the Shinagawa Kids Patrol, led by Captain Kyoko Morisawa.
