On October 12th, 13th, and 14th, "Shinagawa Yume Sanbashi" will be held in front of Osaki Station. Konparuyu will also be setting up a stall with super ball scooping and candy fishing! Both children and adults are welcome to come and play! My daughter's recommended candy is "Copy It" which comes with a tattoo sticker.
