Fukuriki Arajinja Shrine Annual Festival
Fukuriki Kojin Shrine is known as the god of warding off vipers and safe childbirth. The daughter of Mori Tadamasa, the lord of Tsuyama Domain, gave birth safely after praying for safe childbirth, and Yamaguchi Hikozaemon, a retainer of the Mori family, was attacked by a viper but made a full recovery after praying. It is said to be miraculously effective in safe childbirth and warding off vipers.
